This I recall to my mind, therefore have I hope. It is of the Lord’s mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. They are new every moring: great is thy faithfulness. The Lord is my portion saith my soul: therefore will I hope in him. The Lord is good unto them that wait for Him, to the soul that seeketh him. It is good that a man should both hope and quietly wait for the salvation of the LORD. Lamentations 3: 21-26

Grains of Gratitude

This week I am grateful for much safe travel. The boys and I are on the road seven days a week and on four of those days we have some young ladies joining us. I am grateful for all the traveling mercies we have received.

My boys have been so much fun to watch. Their energy inspires me and keeps me getting up everyday. I cannot imagine life without them.

There's a great guy who lives in my house and I am thankful he married me. Some days I certainly wonder why he did, but I am grateful he sticks around and is such a great dad and husband.

For this year that has flown so quickly. It's been a year of learning and joys and sorrows, but through it all the days have been blessed.

For my God who loves me and loves you and loves even those who seem to us unlovable.
Every day is a blessing full of things to be grateful for.

I'm abundantly and richly blessed!

I Will Sing of my Redeemer

Words by Phillip P. Bliss
Music by James McGranahan

I will sing of my Redeemer,
And His wondrous love to me;
On the cruel cross He suffered,
From the curse to set me free.

Sing, oh sing, of my Redeemer,
With His blood, He purchased me.
On the cross, He sealed my pardon,
Paid the debt, and made me free.

I will tell the wondrous story,
How my lost estate to save,
In His boundless love and mercy,
He the ransom freely gave.

I will praise my dear Redeemer,
His triumphant power I’ll tell,
How the victory He giveth
Over sin, and death, and hell.

I will sing of my Redeemer,
And His heav’nly love to me;
He from death to life hath brought me,
Son of God with Him to be.

Listen to the songon Cyberhymnal.

What are you grateful for?

Gratitude for finding Grains of Gratitude near the beginning of my blogging at Brady's Bunch. Thanks, Christine!
